Cancellation Policy

Booking: For all sessions a $50 Deposit (outdoor) or $125 (studio) non-refundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due before the session date. You will receive an invoice via email to pay your retainer fee. Once invoice has been paid, you will receive an appointment confirmation email/text. Cancellation Policy Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the retainer and it will serve as a cancellation fee. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by contacting Kai Photography within 48 hours before the date of the session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. Late Arrival & No Shows Arriving late will result in a shorter session. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we will treat as a no-show, cancel your session, and you will lose your deposit. If you fail to show up, your session will also be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited Turnaround Time Within 72 hours of your session, Kai Photography will provide you with a proof gallery. Please select your photos for editing within 24 hours (see your session details for the number of edits that are included in your package) If you wish to purchase additional photos for editing, the pricing is as follows: 1 Photo - $15.00 4 Photos - $40.00 10 Photos -$75.00 Additional photos selected must be paid in full before photos are released. Delivery of final images typically takes up to 14 business days. Once editing is completed, you will receive an email from Kai Photography with your personal link to access your personal gallery to view, download, and share. We recommend downloading all photos as soon as possible. PLEASE do not screenshot photos as it will take away the quality of your pictures. Please note that Kai Photography does NOT release any raw or unedited images. The remaining unedited photographs are NOT included or available for purchase. We are pleased to offer our rush fee services starting at $100.
